I used to pole dance to Billy Idol. In fact the last night I did that was when I met my current boyfriend!
Even though it wasn’t meant to be about sex, I always thought Melanie’s “Lay Down (Candles In the Rain)” was one of the sexiest songs I ever heard. I know. I’m weird.
And there was Meredith Brook’s “What Would Happen.” I used that in a show in San Francisco where I stripped down to “O my God!” vamped the men and women of the audience, and at the climax gave the Statue of Liberty a great big sexy kiss while everyone whooped it up! That was fun.
